At Y.O.U Underwear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and the products are in resaleable condition.

  Post the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
